Our Intermediate First Aid, CPR & AED program teaches you how to provide life‑saving care using proven, practical techniques.
Led by instructors with extensive Emergency Response experience, the course blends essential theory with hands‑on practice to help you respond with confidence. We offer training in both English and French.

How the Program Works
Step 1 of 3 – Register Online
You will receive a unique username and password to access our online learning platform.
Step 2 of 3 – Complete the Online Modules
Complete the interactive modules at your own pace. Allow approximately 6-8 hours and achieve a passing grade of 75%. The practical session must be attended within 60 days of completing the online modules.
Step 3 of 3 – Attend the Practical Session
Attend a 4–6 hour instructor-led session to practise and demonstrate essential First Aid, CPR and AED skills.
The practical session reinforces online learning and builds confidence in applying emergency skills. Certification confirms your ability to provide immediate care when it matters most.
