Our Standard First Aid, CPR & AED program teaches you how to provide life‑saving care using proven, practical techniques. Led by instructors with extensive Emergency Response experience, the course blends essential theory with hands‑on practice to help you respond with confidence.

This program is fully customizable to meet client needs and is approved under Ontario WSIB Regulation 1101 as a recognized training standard.

Learning Outcomes

Recognize and respond to medical emergencies

Perform CPR and use an AED safely and effectively

Provide care for choking, bleeding, shock, and sudden illness

Assess hazards and ensure scene safety

Deliver first aid for burns, fractures, sprains, and soft‑tissue injuries

Support patients until emergency services arrive

Apply practical, scenario‑based techniques learned during training

How Certification Works

Complete the Online Learning (6–8 hours)

Begin your certification journey with the online portion of the program. Once registered, you’ll receive a unique username and password granting access to our self‑paced First Aid Online Learning course.

Must be completed within 60 days of your practical session
Requires a minimum score of 80% to pass
Builds the foundational knowledge needed for hands‑on training
Attend the Practical Session (6–8 hours)

Within 60 days of completing the online component, schedule your in‑person practical session. This hands‑on training reinforces key concepts and gives you real‑world practice with first aid techniques, CPR, and AED use.

Certification

Upon successful completion of both components, participants receive an accredited wallet certificate onsite — official proof of your First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
